Programs & Services
Strength training and injury prevention for young athletes, built by a Physical Therapist who gets what it takes to compete.
Every program is designed to help your child move better, train safer, and build the kind of confidence that carries over into their sport and their life. Sessions combine hands-on coaching with age-appropriate education so students don’t just get stronger, they understand why it matters.

Intro to Strength Training (Grades 3-12)
Your child doesn’t need to be an athlete to benefit from learning how to move well — but if they are one, this is where it starts.
This course teaches the fundamentals of strength training through guided, hands-on practice in a safe and supportive environment. Students learn essential movement patterns; squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, twisting and jumping, starting with bodyweight and progressing at their own pace. Along the way, they pick up real knowledge about how their body works, why strength matters, and how to warm up and cool down properly.
What your child walks away with:
- Confidence in the weight room and on the field
- Safe training habits they’ll carry for life
- A real understanding of how their body moves and why it matters
- A strong foundation for any sport they play

Advanced Strength & Conditioning (Grades 6-12)
For student-athletes ready to take their training to the next level.
This program builds on foundational skills and introduces progressive strength, speed, power, and conditioning work, all supervised and tailored to your child’s age, ability, and sport. Students learn how to push themselves safely, follow a structured training plan, and understand the principles behind real performance development. Education modules cover recovery, nutrition basics, and how to build sustainable athletic performance over time.
What your child walks away with:
- Sport-specific strength and conditioning
- Speed, agility, and explosive power development
- The ability to read and follow a real training program
- Knowledge of recovery, sleep, hydration, and nutrition fundamentals
Injury Prevention for Athletes (Grades 4-12)
Grades 4–12
The best injury is the one that never happens.
This course teaches young athletes how to build what we call “athletic armor” — the strength, stability, and body control that keeps them on the field and out of the doctor’s office. Students learn how common youth sports injuries happen (knees, hips, shoulders, spine) and, more importantly, how to prevent them. Training focuses on landing mechanics, joint control, deceleration, and building balanced strength across the body. The goal is simple: help your child take ownership of their health and stay durable for the long haul.
What your child walks away with:
- Smarter movement habits that reduce injury risk
- Stronger, more resilient joints built for sport demands
- The ability to listen to their body and self-monitor
- Confidence that they’re training in a way that protects them
